Health Alliance Medical Plans and naviHealth announced today the expansion of a partnership to prevent costly hospital readmissions.

Clay Richards is the President and Chief Executive Officer of naviHealth. Prior to joining naviHealth, Clay served in several leadership roles at Healthways, Inc., the leading provider of disease management and wellness services, including Senior Vice President of the Health Plan Market and General Counsel. Prior to joining Healthways, Clay practiced law at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, where he focused on corporate, securities and M&A matters. Clay is a graduate of Washington & Lee University, and earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi.
